Part of our mandate is healing and reconciliation and prophetic restoration. We have been involved in prophetic intercession and proclamations for reconciliation in the land and for the healing of the people and of the ground in Ayacucho lost by the violence and atrocities over the many years and through the Holy Spirit reclaim this for the Lord.
Ayacucho – the Corner of Death – This field is the site of one of the major battle in the 1980’s to 1990’s armed conflict where thousands died, and has now got on a monument to those who died. This Corner of death was renamed by the power of the spirit to Kawsaycucho, the Corner of life.
Ayacucho was the site of the first uprising against the Spanish, The Battle of Ayacucho was a decisive military encounter during the Peruvian War of Independence, fought on December 9, 1824, and the death’s in the 1980’s – 1990’s conflict. Makes this an area drenched in blood over the many years.
Our mandate here was to repent on behalf of Spain and apologise to the Peruvians represented by Julio and Jose. They also apologise on behalf of their country and Pastor Jose, his family, his church and his city are now receiving the benefits of this act of forgiveness.
